If you're not happy with your Veilla kit for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund, whether the kit is opened or unopened.

How to start a return: Email contact@veillaco.com or use our Contact page with your order number. We reply within one business day with next steps.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, we refund your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it.

Damaged or leaking items: If anything arrives damaged or leaking, let us know and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
