Shipping policy

Where we ship: Orders ship from New York to U.S. addresses where standard shipping is available at checkout.

Delivery: Standard shipping is free. Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. The delivery estimate shown at checkout and in your order confirmation is the best estimate for your address. It is not a guaranteed date, and carrier, weather and destination conditions can affect timing. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Tracking: We email tracking details as soon as your order ships. A tracking link may take a day or two to show its first carrier scan.

Delays: If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at purchase (or within 30 days when no timeframe was stated), we will contact you with a revised estimate and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law.

Address changes: Please check your address carefully. Contact us as soon as possible if it is incorrect. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
